Battery replacement can be performed without operational downtime within the stated temperature conditions, supporting longer shifts and multi-shift workflows. Charging is Quick Charge 4.0 compliant and takes less than 3 hours. Durability is strong for a slim performance mobile computer. The CT37 is certified to IP65 and IP68, protecting against dust and water intrusion. It withstands multiple drops to concrete according to MIL-STD-810H, including 1.8 m drops without boot across the main operating temperature range and 2.1 m drops with boot at room temperature. It also supports significant tumble resistance, including 1,500 tumbles at 0.5 m without boot and 750 tumbles at 1.0 m with boot. The CT37 can also be used in hands-free workflows through a wearable accessory, and it supports a broad accessory ecosystem including universal docks, standard and extended batteries, scan handle, RFID reader handle and ruggedizing boot.
