The Datalogic PowerScan 9600 Auto Range Series is an ultra-rugged industrial handheld scanner family designed for demanding warehouse, logistics and manufacturing environments. It combines auto range optics, extra-long reading distance, 1D / 2D decoding, strong durability and flexible corded or cordless connectivity. The PowerScan 9600 Auto Range Series is built for applications where operators need to scan both nearby barcodes and very distant rack labels with the same device. Its auto range optics support reading from contact distance up to more than 20 m / 65 ft, making it especially suitable for high-bay warehouses, logistics centers and industrial storage areas. A key strength of the PowerScan 9600 AR is its fast 1D / 2D autofocus scan engine. Operators can move from scanning a pick list at a short distance to scanning the highest barcode on a warehouse rack without changing scanner or workflow. It also supports 2D codes such as Aztec Code, China Han Xin Code, Data Matrix, MaxiCode, Micro QR Code, QR Code and Dot Code. Postal codes and stacked codes are also supported, including PDF417, MicroPDF417, MacroPDF, GS1 DataBar composites and UPC A / E composites. Good-read feedback is designed for industrial use. The scanner provides adjustable beeper tone and volume, dual Good Read LEDs and vibration feedback.
