Should we choose a corded or cordless version?

Both the QuickScan and Gryphon families are available in corded and Bluetooth versions. For fixed workstations – such as a checkout – the corded model is simpler and cheaper, with no charging to manage. If the worker moves around or large items must be scanned, the cordless version is more convenient, with the base station charging the battery.
